Meet Jack (Managing Director).

Jack Kirton received his BSc Quantity Surveying degree from the university of Natal in 1990. Jack is a self-motivated and driven individual who has over 35 years industry experience. He is a professionally registered member of SA Council of Quantity Surveyors, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Association of SA Quantity Surveyors, and SA Council of Professional Construction Project Managers.

Jack has quantity surveying and project management experience in South Africa, Mozambique, and the United Arab Emirates with over 60 successful projects to his name. Jack embodies the values of quality, integrity, and reliability. He loves the challenge of dynamic and ever-changing projects.  

Jack lives in KwaZulu-Natal with his wife and two daughters, and in his free time can be found at the beach, or exploring mountain passes – by MTB cycle or 4X4 vehicle.

Meet Sonja (Associate).

Sonja Aadnesgaard received her B.Sc Quantity Surveying Degree from the University of Natal in 1995. She is a registered member of PrQs, PMAQS and MRICS. Sonja has over 23 years of experience providing cost consultancy services to the property development sector.
